Tobas Koch is a specialist in performances on period pianos. He is not the only one, but what is especially nice is that he often performs pieces by composers who are not that well-known. This recital is a perfect example. Some of the composers have become a better known in recent times, such as Elsner and Kurpinski, but how many have heard of Szymanowska, Mikuli of Zaluski.
